We are pleased to announce a new addition to our sales team, Robert Shaffer! Many know Bob from working in various positions in the healthcare receivables management field including Collection Manager, Customer Service Manager, Call Center General Manager and Director of Sales. A Stetson University of Florida graduate, his expertise extends back to 1983 (38 years) with organizations including Capital Credit Corporation, GTE Wireless, and CBC Companies.
Bob currently resides in Wadsworth, Ohio with his wife Sherri, two children and Australian Shepherd named Bear. Twins, Trey and Samantha, are both entering their sophomore year in college. Bob’s family are big sports fans and huge Ohio State supporters that regularly attend OSU Football games.
We believe Bob will be an awesome fit for the JP Recovery Service team and look forward to what the future holds!
